All Reservations are not pre-paid, payment will be taken at hotel directly.
Must provide a valid credit card at the time of booking.
Credit card must be valid and in the name of the guest who is checking in.
All Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance prior to arrival, if not, one must call to confirm booking made after 4PM of the arrival date.
All reservations must be canceled 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a 1 night room and tax penalty.
All arrivals must be before 11:45 PM (CST) to avoid losing room and to avoid a 1 night room and tax penalty.
All no show reservations will be charged a 1 night room and tax penalty.
Must be 21 years of age to rent a room.
No Refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
